At the Regular School Board Meeting on Oct. 30th we were able to recognize some of our students and student athletes. Mrs Schilling recognized our Comanche Warriors, Coach Wolfe recognized JH and HS cross Country. The boys cross country team finished district champs. HS also competed very well with London advancing to Regional Cross Country Meet.
The Pride of the Tribe, The Mighty Comanche Band did not advance this weekend in Abilene. They played and marched great! We are very proud of them!

This is Gabbie’s first year as a member of Hutchinson County 4H. After showing pigs through West Texas FFA she wanted to venture out to see what else there was offer when it comes to Agriculture. With the help of the county extension agent she wrote her speech “How to Take Care of a Show Pig” She placed 2nd .She has plans to go to San Angelo in February with her speech. There it will be under the category of Public Speaking and she’ll have to memorize it.
