Welcome to the

Home Page

In 1987 three great schools and communities, Plemons, Stinnett, and Phillips joined forces to create the Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips Consolidated Independent School District.  Three mascots, the Plemons Indians, Stinnett Rattlers, and the Phillips Blackhawks were blended together to create the Comanches.  The campuses of the district, West Texas Elementary School, West Texas Middle School, and West Texas High School are all united as Comanches.

Dear parents and families,

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) is running additional analyses on the data as part of an enhanced due diligence process. Results are now tentatively scheduled to be available next week in the family and analytic portals. TEA will provide another update on the timing of the data release as soon as possible.
