Professional Experience

Current Position:

I have worked for PSPCISD for 11 years.  I started my career with PSP in 2008 where I was a Paraprofessional on the Elementary Campus.  I was promoted to the HS Principal’s Secretary in 2009 and served in that position until 2013.  I then became the HS Registrar from 2016-2019. I took 3 years off and worked in the ministry full time.  In 2016 I came back to work for PSP, and I thought I would try the Middle School Campus out.  I served as the Middle School Principal’s Secretary until 2019.  I have now moved into the new roles at the Administration Office. I served PSPCISD as the TSDS Coordinator, Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk. I have enjoyed each position I have held at PSP, I feel like I was in each position right when I needed to be there. Each place has made an impact on who I am and helped me be where I am today.  I look forward to the new experiences I will get and I am excited about the future of PSP.

Family Information:

I have been married to my best friend and soulmate, Dwight Kirksey, for 26 years.  We met while we were in High School our Senior year.  We did not attend the same school, but we both were on the yearbook staff and our sponsors were sisters. We decided we couldn’t navigate this crazy world without each other.  Dwight is the Senior Pastor at Celebration Family Church and I serve as the Children’s Pastor, we have served at Celebration Family Church for 14 years. God has give us the wonderful opportunity to be the parents to our two children Skyler and Morgan. 

Skyler Kirksey is our son, who attended and graduated from WTHS in 2014.  He is married to his high school sweetheart, Morgan. They met while attending WTHS. They have been married for 5 years. The have given us the two most precious gifts, our granddaughters, Lilliana (3) and Leilynn (Almost 4 Months). 

Morgan Robbins is our daughter, she also attended and graduated fro WTHS in 2015.  Morgan is married to her best friend Beau Robbins and both are attending WTAMU.  They have been married 3 years.  They will be moving to Dallas in Jaunuary so Morgan can pursue her Master Degree in Prosthetics.
