The philosophy of the PSP schools is to ensure the safety and well being of our students and employees while maintaining our commitment to providing the best education for our students.  Due to weather conditions that occur in our area during the winter months, the need to delay or cancel school can become realities during this time.

The decision to: 1) start school on time as usual, 2) delay the start of school until 9:00 AM, or 3) to cancel school, will be made by Bill Wiggins, Jimmy Amaro, and Greg Drennan. The decision will be based on whether having school is feasible and safe after evaluating the weather and road conditions. This decision will be made by 6:00am and the bus drivers and proper staff will be notified at that time. Bus drivers are to run on time unless notified with different instructions.

The following television and radio stations will be notified by 6:00 AM if there is a change in our school districts schedule for that day.

The following people will be contacted along with the bus drivers when a decision has been made: They will contact their staff.
